As a corporation, it is governed by a seven member Board of Directors that sets its policies, manages its growth and profitability, and oversees its operations. The day to day business of the firm is managed by its Executive Director, Kevin W. Costello. PriceWaterhouseCoopers serves as the firm's certified public accountants and general financial advisor.
